Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
1 oz Chilled water
1 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
12 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Wow. Another cocktail that tastes completely different than I was expecting. The Absinthe is not as pronounced as you may think. You can still taste it, but all the flavours work so well together.
