Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
2 1⁄2 oz | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
1⁄2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1⁄2 oz | Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur) |
3 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
Garnish: Skewered orange zest twist and Fragata Green Olive
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. (Or strain into chilled coupe.)
