How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

2 fl oz | Sauvignon blanc wine |
1 spoon | Cartron No. 7 liqueur |
1 spoon | Elderflower cordial |
1 spoon | Picon Biere |

Created in 2009 by Rich Hunt at Quo Vadis, London, England. It is based on the flavours of the spritz, but there are no bubbles of any kind.
