Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
2 oz | Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo |
2 oz | Sauvignon blanc wine |
1 barspoon | Cartron No. 7 liqueur |
1 barspoon | Elderflower cordial |
1 barspoon | Picon Biere |
Garnish: Orange zest twist (spray & discard)
STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Created in 2009 by Rich Hunt at Quo Vadis in London, England. It is based on the flavours of the spritz, but there are no bubbles of any kind.
