How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
2 fl oz | Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo |
2 fl oz | Sauvignon blanc wine |
1 barspoon | Cartron No. 7 liqueur |
1 barspoon | Elderflower cordial |
1 barspoon | Picon Biere |

Burnished copper red and bittersweet with wine and a dash of elderflower, fruit liqueur and bitters.
History:
Created in 2009 by Rich Hunt at Quo Vadis in London, England. It is based on the flavours of the spritz, but there are no bubbles of any kind.

- 10.9 grams of pure alcohol
