Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
14 oz Bison grass vodka
0.08 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
2 34 oz Medium dry apple cider
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple slice.
  3. POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. STIR.

A great use for leftover cider. Careful with the Islay as it can overwhelm the apples if, say, you misread the measure - it's half a spoon, not half a shot.

Thanks for bringing to my attention Tom. The half spoon measure was before the days of our Easy Jigger. I have now amended the recipe to say 2.5ml / 1/12oz so clearer.
