History:

Created in 2012 by yours truly at the Cabinet Room, London, England.

Trying to think of an appropriate 'pear' name, I remembered the Swedish adventurer Per Lindstrand, who, with entrepreneur Richard Branson, was the first to cross the Atlantic Ocean in a hot-air balloon on 2-3 July 1987. The combination of miss remembering his name and my dyslexic spelling gave me Pearlinstrum.

Nutrition:

One serving of Pearlinstrum contains 128 calories

Alcohol content:

Hi! I'm curious where the name "Pearlinstrum" comes from. I feel like it alludes to another cocktail, but I can't think of one...

The name was inspired by Per Lindstrand, the Swedish adventurer. I've explained what little logic there is to this above.
