AKA: Dutch Negroni

History:

Discovered in 2011 at Vesper Bar in Amsterdam, Netherlands, under the name Dutch Count Negroni. Due to its origins in Amsterdam, a city famous for its red light district, this cocktail is now better known as the Red Light Negroni.

i used vording's genever. it was a little ovrepowreing for me. not bad though. but the OG is the fucking shit so no need to change it really.

Well, what can you say? Nearly as good as the original? A negroni for people who don’t like the juniper in gin? It will be a good way to use up the genever, where (so far) I haven’t found a “drink this again” option.
