Ingredients:

1 1⁄3 oz	Amaretto Adriatico Bianco Liqueur
2⁄3 oz	Ketel One Vodka
1 oz	Exprè Caffè Italiano or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
1⁄3 oz	Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of coffee beans..

How to make:

3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
4. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

6. Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated on the surface to represent health, wealth and happiness.
