Ingredients:
1 ²⁄₃ oz	Passion fruit flavoured vodka
¹⁄₂ oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₂ oz	Adriatico Bianco Amaretto Liqueur
¹⁄₄ oz	Monin Coconut Syrup
¹⁄₄ oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
4 drop	Bob's Vanilla bitters optional
2 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s optional

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of half passion fruit.

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish with passion fruit half floated on surface.
