Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.

Apple noticeably forward. A very pleasant negroni which improved with dilution.

Just tried with ordinary French brandy. Not bad! Must revisit with Calvados.
