Ingredients:

2⁄3 oz	Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
2⁄3 oz	Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
2⁄3 oz	Advocaat liqueur
1⁄4 oz	Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum
1⁄4 oz	Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1⁄4 oz	Monin Vanilla Syrup
2⁄3 oz	Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
1⁄2 oz	Double cream / heavy cream
3 drop	Orange blossom water / Orange flower water

How to make:

1. Select and pre-chill a Toddy glass.
2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
4. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
6. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.
