Review:

Thick and creamy but not heavy and cloying. This eggnog is differentiated by using advocaat instead of a fresh egg, so it may frustrate some in America, where eggnog is a staple, but strangely, advocaat is yet to be a thing. However, eggnog originated in the UK, where advocaat is a standard supermarket item, adding creamy egg and vanilla flavours to this festive cocktail.

My mission every Christmas is to work my way through as many eggnog recipes as humanly possible – all in the name of science, of course. This one is the winner. And trust me, I’ve tried them all. Or at least, I think I have.

Thank you, Simon! 🎄🥃✨
