1/2 fl oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
1/2 fl oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a SHOT GLASS.
  2. No garnish to prepare.

Method

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. Serve naked, without garnish.

Amaretto dominates, of course. Coffee notes are very nice background though. I used Mr. Black to try to reduce the sweetness - but the amaretto still tilts this strongly to the sweet side. Overall it is a very nice shot.
