Created in 2007 by Cam Dawson, Brighton, England, for the Jack Daniel's Birthday Competition.
Jack Daniel was the owner of two saloons in Lynchburg town square, the most famous being the White Rabbit Saloon due to the limited edition bottling of the same name. This cocktail celebrates the lesser known Red Dog Saloon.

Didn't have Apricot Jam on hand so used a Rasberry preserve. And for Tennessee Whiskey I used Gentleman Jack.. simply outstanding!!
The crushed ice adds so much value to the drink..
