I substituted a homemade Phalsa Liqueur for the syrup. Delicious!

Outstanding. Adding more rum makes this better.

Used 75 ml Myer's, 25 ml Amaretto, 40 ml Pineapple juice and one dash of Angostura Aromatic bitters.
