| 3⁄4 oz | Italian red bitter liqueur |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth |
| 3 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.
How to make:
- POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
- FILL glass with ice.

The origins and creator of this contemporary cocktail are unknown to us, but it is based on a Ferrari shot and named after Enzo Ferrari, the Italian racing driver who founded his own Formula One team and the Ferrari automobile marque.
