Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
34 fresh Lime (fresh) chopped wedges
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. MUDDLE lime wedges in the base of shaker to release juice and oils from zest.
  3. SHAKE with 7oz scoop crushed ice and pour all without straining into glass.
  4. Serve with straws.

Tried with two different vodkas : one made with Zubrowka Biala, the other with Wyborowa. The difference was very subtle, and both cocktails were very good. When simplicity means success !
