How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE without ice and strain into chilled glass.
|1 fl oz||Rutte Dry Gin|
|3/4 fl oz||Triple sec liqueur (40%)|
|1/2 fl oz||Kleos Mastiha liqueur|
|1/4 fl oz||Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe|
|3/4 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/24 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix)|
|4 drop||Bob's Peppermint Bitters|
|1/2 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white (or aquafaba)|
