Lemon zest twist (discarded) & mint sprig

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE without ice and strain into chilled glass.

1 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
3/4 fl oz Triple sec liqueur (40%)
3/4 fl oz Mastiha liqueur
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
4 dash Mint bitters
1/2 fl oz Pasteurised egg white

Created by yours truly (Simon Difford) in August 2015 at the Cabinet Room, London, England. Inspired after making the same drink with white crème de menthe (Minty White Lady) and wondering how it would be with mastiha.
