Ingredients:
1 oz Metaxa 12 Stars
1 oz Coconut liqueur (under 35% alc./vol.)
1 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
2 oz Pineapple juice
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered orange slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sail).

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. Slowly POUR grenadine (which will sink to the bottom of the cocktail).

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with skewered orange slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail).
