Serve in a Coupe glass
1 1⁄2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1 oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
2 barspoon | Honey |
6 whole | Raspberries |
1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄2 oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
4 dash | Tiki bitters |
Garnish: Marzipan flavoured with cherry and honey.
Shake all ingredients and fine strain into chilled glass.
