How to make:
Shake all ingredients and fine strain into chilled glass.
2/3 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Full-bodied sweet vermouth (e.g. Antica Formula) |
1/3 fl oz | Claret red wine |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
