Serve in a Coupe glass
| 1 1⁄3 fl oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal |
| 1 fl oz | Cherry (brandy) liqueur |
| 1 1⁄3 fl oz | Beetroot juice |
| 1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 1⁄12 fresh | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
Garnish: Orange zest, lemon balm leaves.
How to make:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
