Limoncello Sour

Ingredients:
1 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
13 fl oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
12 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
10 drop Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
23 fl oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 7 ingredients (all but soda) with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  3. Open shaker and ADD soda water.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
