Ingredients:
1 23 fl oz Applejack brandy bottled-in-bond (50% alc./vol)
1 fl oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
16 fl oz Fernet Branca liqueur
16 fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in autumn 2007 by Jim Meeham and John Deragon at PDT in Manhattan, New York City. Their original recipe calls for a full 60ml (2oz) bonded applejack to produce a very spirituous cocktail.
