Ingredients:
1 13 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
13 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
2 barspoon Chilpotle oleo-saccharum
56 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

To make Chilpotle oleo-saccharum:

Make an oleo-saccharum in the usual way but finish with a cold infusion of chilpotle jalapeño to taste.

How do you make the Chipotle Oleo Saccharum?

Hi Mark. I've added a note above with a link to how to make oleo saccharum. Another alternative would be to add drops of chipotle hot pepper sauce.
