⁵⁄₆ fl oz	Licor 43 Original liqueur
⁵⁄₆ fl oz	Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
1 ¹⁄₃ fl oz	Thomas Henry Soda Water (chilled)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and dip into salt).

Method

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
TOP with soda.

Garnish

Garnish with orange wedge.
