History:

Originally based on Bacardí Carta Blanca, this was the Lithuanian Bacardí Legacy 2014 winning cocktail. Created by Algirdas Mulevicius at Mr Bond bar in Klaipeda, Lithuania.

"The idea for this drink began one fine morning when I wanted something really refreshing to wake up my mind and body. Cucumber and mint is really refreshing together, but I needed something nice and sweet, so I added elderflower syrup. I added some lime juice, enough just to feel the sourness on the tip of your tongue. I added some egg white to thicken it. To combine all of these ingredients I tried lots of spirits, but only Bacardí superior rum did the trick, and made this drink perfect."

Algirdas Mulevicius, 2014

Nice, very refreshing, and tastes quite well, but a bit one-dimensional to my tastebuds. But do note that I substituted St. Germain elderflower liqueur, as I had no elderflower cordial.

My sentiments exactly. Not so much one-dimensional (but understood), just bland.
