How to make:
Flambé the rosemary then place into a shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

|1 2/3 fl oz||Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum|
|1/6 fl oz||Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie|
|2/3 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|2 barspoon||White caster sugar|
|1/3 fl oz||Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)|
