How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

| 1 1/2 fl oz | Lemon syrup (glasco citron) |
| 1 barspoon | Caraway seeds |

| 10 sprig | Rocket/Arugula salad leaves |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
