1 1⁄2 oz | Monin Lemon Syrup |
1 barspoon | Caraway seeds |
1 barspoon | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
10 sprig | Rocket/Arugula salad leaves |
1 pinch | Salt (sea salt) |
Garnish: Pinch Maldon sea salt on slice of bell pepper
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Red bell pepper purée
