Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Poteen/Poitín
12 oz Difford's Falernum liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Bob's Abbotts bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

We didn't have Bob's Bitters so we used Angostura instead. Didn't work. May try again.
