Bittersweet and tangy. A cocktail to enjoy as an apéritif with nibbles.
Adapted from a drink created in 2016 at Bar Hommage, Stockholm, Sweden. This cocktail takes its name from a street in Lima, Peru where the creators of this cocktail once ended up at a bar called Ayahuasca.
