Ingredients:
1 12 oz BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
12 oz Amaro (e.g. CioCiaro)
2 barspoon Honey
23 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
0.08 oz Monin Ginger Syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Rocks glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

History:

Adapted from a drink created in 2016 at Bar Hommage, Stockholm, Sweden. This cocktail takes its name from a street in Lima, Peru where the creators of this cocktail once ended up at a bar called Ayahuasca.

Taste great but not sure how to measure two spoons of Honey. Meaning 2 Barspoons? or teaspoons? the latter one seems a lot

I gradually moving recipes to use easier-to-measure honey syrup but in the meantime, by 2 spoons I mean bar spoons of 5ml per spoon. However, I'd slightly heap to allow for honey stuck on the spoon.
