  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Cocchi is a good improvement to martini rosso, both generally and for this particular drink

I've tried this with both martini bitter and campari and think campari has the edge. However Martini resirva rubino does improve it as doe Cynar 70.
