How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Ramazzotti amaro

Take the time to juice a fresh pomegranate to make this dry fruity long drink and you’ll be thankful you did. Pomegranate combines brilliantly with Bacardí Carta Blanca with the other ingredients adding depth and complexity.

History:

Created for Bacardí Legacy 2017 by Pawan Singh Rawat at Grappa Bar - Shangri-La Eros Hotel, New Delhi, India. (Pawan’s original recipe calls for “10 ml simple syrup” which we have replaced with half the volume of rich sugar syrup.)

Inspiration: “This refreshing cocktail represents the complex flavours of life - sweet, sour and bitter - and some unforgettable and untameable moments.

“The aim was to craft a complex but easy to drink hi-ball style cocktail that pairs the Bacardí Carta Blanca rum with fresh pomegranate, sugar, lemon, prosecco and amaro.”
