Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of cucumber chunk (thick slice).
Method
- MUDDLE cucumber and basil in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- Garnish with cucumber chunk on rim.
