Glass:

Ingredients:
1 inch Cucumber (fresh) chopped
12 fresh Basil leaves
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
12 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of cucumber chunk (thick slice).

How to make:

  1. MUDDLE cucumber and basil in base of shaker.
  2. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with cucumber chunk on rim.
