Ingredients:
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka from freezer
23 fl oz Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry chilled
13 fl oz Lychee liqueur
12 barspoon Green olive brine chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Skewered stoned tinned lychee or peeled and stoned fresh lychee.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with skewered lychee. (Use tongs to position the lychee hole side down in the base of a chilled glass. Then insert your cocktail stick.)
