Vodka's clean neutrality allows the fruity flavours in this summery cocktail to shine. It's not surprising, that of the original line-up of seven different Pimm's spirit bases, only No.1 (gin) and No.6 (vodka) survive.
Created in June 2017 by yours truly (Simon Difford) at the Cabinet Room, London, England.
