Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
34 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Agave syrup
1 scoop Lemon sorbet
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of float lemon sorbet balls (made with melon baller).
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

This Margarita does indeed have a sherbet flavour with a lemony citrus bite.

So delicious we had one and then another! I used Crosta & Mollica limoncello gelato which inspired me to make the cocktail.

I really liked this but found it too sweet. I think I'd reduce the agave syrup next time, especially as there is sorbet shaken in the drink as well as used as a garnish!
