Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
1 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
3 12 oz Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 2 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring bitter lemon tonic.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

It's *fine* but I would rather just drink the bitter lemon on ice.
