Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 barspoon Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle) or use 5ml of 2:1 sugar syrup per spoon
12 fresh Egg white
3 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon & orange slices

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass (no ice). TOP with soda.

It's tasty but I didn't get the hit of sloe gin I was anticipating. It might need more sloe gin, or less lemon (it was pretty lemony). Maybe also some plum bitters?
