1 barspoon | Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle) (or use 5ml of 2:1 sugar syrup per spoon) |
1⁄2 fresh | Egg white |
3 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

How to make:
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass (no ice). TOP with soda.

Shake
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
1-1/2 oz sloe gin
Fill with soda, ice
Alcohol content:
- 0.6 standard drinks
- 4.41% alc./vol. (8.82° proof)
- 8.6 grams of pure alcohol
