Method:

MUDDLE ginger and then raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Tried a twist today using 1/2 oz. King's Ginger and 2 barspoons raspberry syrup. Nice cocktail, but I would prefer fresh ginger.
