Ingredients:
1 slice Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
10 fresh Raspberries
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
23 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
0.08 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) optional
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Float raspberry

How to make:

MUDDLE ginger and then raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Adapted from a recipe created by Salvatore Calabrese – I added half a spoon of sugar to his recipe which you may or not need depending on your raspberries and limoncello.
