Serve in a Coupe glass
1 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
10 fresh | Raspberries |
1 1⁄2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
2⁄3 oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
0.08 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) optional |
Garnish: Float raspberry
MUDDLE ginger and then raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Fresh ginger adds a hint of spice which combines well with raspberry fruit in this crowd-pleasing vodka-based cocktail which is freshened by a dash of limoncello.
Adapted from a recipe created by Salvatore Calabrese – I added half a spoon of sugar to his recipe which you may or not need depending on your raspberries and limoncello.
