How to make:
MUDDLE fennel seeds in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1⁄2 barspoon | Fennel seeds |
1 1/2 fl oz | Caorunn Gin |
5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Grenadine/pomegranate syrup (2:1) |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
