How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled ice. TOP with soda.
Special ingredient #1: Lemon & honey mix (combine 15ml lemon juice, 5ml honey & 10ml / 1/3oz boiling water and stir until dissolved)

|1⁄3 fl oz||Highland single malt scotch whisky|
|1 fl oz||*Special ingredient #1 (see above)|
|2⁄3 fl oz||Egg white|
|5⁄6 fl oz||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
