Apple leather roll &/or lemon zest twist
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Special ingredient #1: Gastrique - bring 300g of heather honey to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes, take off the heat and add 60ml of apple cider vinegar.
