History:
Created in 2018 for Bacardí Legacy 2019 winning cocktail by Gabriel Pons at Le Calbar in Paris, France. Gabriel's inspiration, "My cocktail is a tribute to a tradition from my homeland of Provence. When the family is gathered to celebrate an event, thirteen desserts are served."
