| 2 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Monin Passion Fruit Syrup |
Garnish: Float half fresh passion fruit
How to make:
SCOOP the seeds and flesh of passion fruit into base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

History:
Created August 2018 by Søren Bøgh Brier, a keen Danish home bartender, "as a sort of compensation" for his wife who'd missed out on cocktails while pregnant.
