Method:

SCOOP the seeds and flesh of passion fruit into base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Created August 2018 by Søren Bøgh Brier, a keen Danish home bartender, "as a sort of compensation" for his wife who'd missed out on cocktails while pregnant.

no fresh passion fruit ? who cares try 25ml syrup 20 ml lime to balance out !

Wow! Amazing! The apple juice adds something I can't explain, but the passion fruit just is so refreshing yet satisfying. I had this after a light dinner and it was exquisite! Easily one of the best non alcoholic cocktails ever!!
