1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 barspoon | Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle) |
4 drop | Difford's Daiquiri Bitters |

How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with lime wedge.

Cachaça (not slickly speaking a rum) adds distinctive grassy notes to this three 'rum' Daiquiri. Try swapping out the cachaça for rhum agricole and indeed try different combinations of rums using the above formula - not a bad way to spend an evening.
History:
Created by yours truly after I came across numerous Daiquiris based on three different rums in bars across New York City in June 2019.
