1 16 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
0.42 oz Lustau East India Solera Sherry
0.42 oz Giffard Crème de Mûre liqueur
16 oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist (discarded).
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

Adapted from a 2019 recipe by Andre Tarantino. His original spec: 35ml Gin Hendriks Orbium, 15ml Lustau East India Sherry, 15ml Créme de Mûre Sauvage Chartreuse, 5ml Borghetti Coffee Liqueur and 2 dashes Peychaud bitters.

The coffee liqueur and creole bitters surprisingly play well with the blackberry liqueur. Great for fans of unusual flavour combinations.

I just made this and thought it was delicious but I forgot the coffee liqueur! Will have to make another!
