Glass:

Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
2 barspoon Lemon curd
12 fl oz Giffard Sour Apple Liqueur
12 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

How to make:

STIR lemon curd with gin in base of shaker until curd dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Review:

Beautifully balanced with the tang of lemon curd.
