2⁄3 oz | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
1⁄3 oz | Applejack brandy bottled-in-bond (50% alc./vol) |
3 1⁄2 oz | Dry cider |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
STIR first 2 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with the cider.
Brewed and distilled apple combine in this long dry (depending on your cider), very lightly carbonated "highball".
