Ingredients:
23 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
13 oz Applejack brandy bottled-in-bond (50% alc./vol)
3 12 oz Dry cider
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

STIR first 2 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with the cider.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created by Brandyn Tepper at Saison & Angler, San Francisco, USA. Brandyn's original recipe is based on a trio of apple brandies: Adrien Camut six-year-old Calvados, St. George apple brandy and Laird's bottled-in-bond straight apple brandy.

Very refreshing and wonderful on a hot afternoon. Did up the bottled-in-bond to the same amount as the calvados. Gave the cocktail a little more of an alcohol hint. Is nice and dry with blend of all the different apple flavours.
