Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Raspberries
3 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare mint leaf for garnish.
  3. MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with mint leaf.

I didn’t have any fresh raspberries so I used cherries with a dash of Maraschino. So tasty, like a fancy cherry jam!
