Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
23 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
23 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
13 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Fairly mild, but a nice "fall" cocktail. Apple flavor is forward with a citrus finish. Very enjoyable

Tried with lime instead of lemon and elevated the sugar a bit. Outstanding.

Really like this drink. Not too sweet and all the flavours blend perfectly. Nice hint of apple and citrus. Great in the afternoon or before dinner.
